Thania Clevenger, Esq.

CEO & Business Development Leader

Thania Clevenger is a results-driven business development leader, attorney, and strategist with more than a decade of experience driving organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and civil rights advocacy. She brings a rare combination of legal expertise, nonprofit leadership, and strategic planning to every project she takes on.

Throughout her career, Thania has spearheaded initiatives that improved efficiency, secured major funding, and expanded vital programs. She has built lasting partnerships with law enforcement agencies, school districts, and health systems—always with a focus on equality, inclusion, and impact. Her work in stakeholder engagement has been instrumental in fostering stronger communities and addressing critical civil rights issues.

As an attorney, Thania advises on nonprofit compliance, corporate law, franchises, and trademarks—helping organizations minimize risk and stay aligned with their missions. She holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Saint Leo University.

Together with her husband, Ashley, and their 22 years of marriage and problem-solving partnership, Thania co-leads Yellow Mountain Business Solutions. Their combined expertise in technology, strategy, and law makes YMBS a trusted partner for organizations seeking to adapt, innovate, and grow.

Ashley Clevenger

Technology Strategist Consultant

Ashley Clevenger is a seasoned business technologist and IT strategist with a deep background in enterprise technology, automation, and digital transformation. He advises organizations on system integration, CRM optimization, and vendor strategy—bringing a sharp analytical lens to every engagement.

Ashley’s career reflects a lifelong pattern of being trusted with complex challenges and delivering results under pressure. He has been recognized as Sailor of the Quarter in the U.S. Coast Guard and Police Officer of the Year in law enforcement, managed federal technology grants, automated seized property systems with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and later built an award-winning restaurant that became a community hub.

Today, as founder of Yellow Mountain Business Solutions, Ashley integrates this breadth of experience to help businesses simplify complexity, align IT solutions with outcomes, and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Nestor Ortiz

Community Development Strategist & Social Impact Consultant

Nestor Ortiz has spent more than 25 years advancing youth and community development through leadership, consulting, and advocacy. He has held key roles in nonprofit organizations and institutions nationwide, with a special focus on the Tampa Bay area, and remains committed to building initiatives that deliver pragmatic and systemic change.

For the past 13 years, Nestor has served as a community development consultant, working with agencies across the U.S. to design and implement high-quality, community-based programs. He is the President & CEO of 16 Point Compass Consulting, LLC, where he helps organizations build bridges internally between staff and leadership, and externally with the diverse communities they serve. His approach is rooted in integrity, equity, and a belief that empowering people is the foundation of lasting change.

Nestor is also the founder of #WorkingintheGrey, a grassroots movement encouraging dialogue beyond political divides, and the host of Duality of Sorts, a web-based series exploring social justice, politics, and culture. He co-hosts the weekly radio show The Urban Café on WMNF 88.5, amplifying voices and conversations often left out of mainstream dialogue.

He previously served as Chair of the Hillsborough County Diversity Advisory Council and is an alum of the New Leaders Council (Tampa Bay, Class of 2017). Outside of his consulting and advocacy work, Nestor is an outdoor adventurer, furniture builder, and founder of odom705, an eco-sustainable building company. Among his many accomplishments, he is proudest of being the father of two compassionate teenage boys
